Jo Bainbridge
coolchange on livestream.com. Broadcast Live Free
A native of England, Jo Bainbridge's passion for exploring the human psyche crystallized during her BA Honors studies in French and Russian at Sussex University. Volunteering in Paris and Moscow with at-risk children and youth and the homeless respectively showed Jo that regardless of age, gender, culture and economic status that the course of every human life is to some degree universally informed with trauma and loss. She believes “How we choose to respond to this pain - and recognizing we do have autonomy – is critical to our well-being.” “The great news is that it is never too soon - or too late - for us to reclaim our lives in the way our authentic self wants us to live.”
